Orange Pumpkin Cake

Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
3 egg whites
1¼ cup canned pumpkin
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sour cream
1½ teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice

Glaze:
1½ cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
water

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together all the cake ingredients for 2-3 minutes.

Pour into a greased bunt pan.

Bake 35-40 minutes.

Mix powdered sugar and vanilla, and gradually add water tablespoon at a time until it reaches desired consistency and drizzle over cake.

Cool.
